We know times are tough - but here’s how we can help

Option 1

Take a break from paying your premiums (This option is only available to Protect and Breathing Space members)

We call this a premium holiday.

  • Suspend your cover for a set period which means you won’t need to pay any more premiums until you’re in a better position.
  • You won’t be able to claim any benefit payments during a premium holiday.
  • Once you’re back on your feet, you can simply get in touch to discuss options to restart your cover.
  • While on a premium holiday you can still access some of our discretionary value-added benefit programmes.

Option 2

Make flexible premium payments

If you’ve missed some of your monthly premium payments, we can give you more flexibility around when you re-pay those alongside your usual monthly premium.
